Savvy Supper Series
Featuring Peninsula Ridge Winery of Niagara
The Savvy Supper Series showcases Canadian winemakers and their premium wines. This event is a great experience to meet and mingle with the people who are devoted to making premium Canadian wines.
Meet trailblazing wine industry pioneer Jean-Pierre Colas, who left Chablis, France to develop impressive wines at Peninsula Ridge Winery in Grimsby located in Niagara wine region.
A full range of Peninsula Ridge wines will be paired with the summer menu of TRIO Restaurant's 'sharing plates' (tapas style) featuring local ingredients. Throughout the evening, Jean-Pierre - along with TRIO’s executive chef Scott Lucas and Savvy sommeliers - will visit your table and answer any wine or food questions.
